Steve Johnson

Steve brings over 20 years of financial and executive management experience, most recently as CFO of KnowFully Learning Group (KLG) where he supported extraordinary growth that included multiple acquisitions. At KLG, Steve led many areas of the business including finance and accounting, human resources, sales, customer success, and various operations functions.

Steve began his career in Public Accounting and earned his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license. Having worked and advised in public and private businesses and private equity across a wide range of industries, he draws upon his deep financial expertise, strategy, and governance to drive informed decisions.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and MBA from Villanova University. He lives outside Philadelphia with his wife and two kids.
