Mira Fontana

Mira Fontana has spent more than 15 years of her career at mission-driven education organizations, focused on impacting student success and helping individuals thrive in their chosen professions. She most recently built and led a business development team at OnCourse Learning dedicated to connecting the nursing community of the US to viable education and employment options. Prior to that Mira headed the Student Success team at Helix Education and between 2009 and 2015 worked at InsideTrack in a number of client partnerships and operations leadership roles developing, implementing and expanding solutions to impact student success. The efforts of her teams resulted in 100%+ increase in inquiry-to-start conversion and 20% pts increase in YOY student retention rates.

It is personally important to Mira to continue playing a part in creating solutions for the obstacles learners face, so they can reach their full potential. Joining the ReUp team as the next step in her career cannot be more aligned with that passion.

Mira holds a Bachelor degree in Japanese Studies from Hope College and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership from NYIT.
