Maria Anguiano

Engagement Coordinator

Over the past 6 years, Maria has provided strategic, collaborative support to further the mission of making education accessible for K-12 and college students. Through holistic care, she has worked with vulnerable communities to further the goal of helping others reach their true potential, connecting students to resources that support their academic endeavors. She has a strong background in disability services but has also worked extensively through AmeriCorps and TRIO to provide educational support for first-generation and low-income families. Maria is a cheerleader at heart, making it a goal to encourage her friends, family, and colleagues to strive for greatness, whether occupationally or otherwise.

Maria is a cat mom that lives in Orlando with her husband. In her free time, when she is not indulging in her slight obsession with Sims 4 or cuddling with her cat Sith-Lord, Maria enjoys puzzles and writing novels. Although she lives in Florida, she would give up sandy beaches in a heartbeat to return to the bustling city of New York.
