Ben Shoemaker

With over 20 years of experience both in and around higher education, Ben brings a passion and drive to enrollment management and more importantly, student success. His collaborative and thoughtful approach is always focused on what’s best for the student, which in turn allows him to help institutions meet and exceed their goals.

Prior to joining ReUp, Ben spent 15 years working in enrollment at Otterbein University, serving in a number of roles, including Director of Admission. For the last 7 years, Ben has partnered with institutions to help them achieve their own enrollment goals through the use of technology, consultative support and various other services. 

Ben graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Journalism and a Masters in College Student Personnel. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spontaneous road trips, traveling with his family and friends, golfing, and spending time at the lake.
