Tahsin Fathaulla

Tahsin is a seasoned professional with experience in the retail and education sector. As a team member of TNTP, she engaged with school districts across the country to design and structure their teacher career pathways and compensation programs. Her experience in corporate finance extends to both Fortune 50 companies and startup firms, where she has been responsible for determining the financial viability of proposed projects, modeling the impact of strategies on key parameters, translating company data into meaningful KPIs, and leading process improvement initiatives.

Tahsin has an industrial engineering undergrad degree and earned her M.B.A. degree from Emory University in Atlanta.
