Rikki Scott

For the last 5 years, Rikki has spent her time working in K-12 education as a teacher, coach,
and other various leadership roles where she has facilitated adult learning experiences. While
serving as a secondary English teacher in Jacksonville, FL, she worked as a Content Specialist
where she supported and developed a cohort of new educators before transitioning to a
coaching role in Baltimore, Maryland.

Through her experiences working with students and educators, she has developed a passion for coaching, supporting, and empowering people into living into their full potential and achieving their goals. As one of the first in her family to graduate from college, she knows the importance of having mentors who believe in you, listen to you, and encourage you through both the obstacles and the celebrations.

She holds a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon, and still has a deep appreciation and love for literature and the performing arts. She currently resides in Jacksonville, FL where you can find her playing with her dog, going for a run, or reading a thriller novel.
