Erika Kotterer

Erika has spent the last 6 years helping EdTech companies accelerate their growth. A natural communicator, she has a strong, consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals through new business, developing highly motivated teams, and increasing bottom line contributions. Prior to joining ReUp, Erika was a founding team member at Kenzie Academy where she served as the Vice President of Admissions. She helped lead the company through its growth phase through acquisition in 2021.

Erika graduated from University of South Carolina with a degree in Political Science. After receiving her bachelors, she went to James Madison for her MBA. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, listening to live music, and traveling.
